Holiday Inn Resort Vanuatu is thrilled to welcome Benjamin Stephens as the Resorts’ newly appointed Food and Beverage Manager and Christopher Day as Executive Chef. These appointments herald an exciting new era in event and culinary experiences at the Resort.

No stranger to IHG, Benjamin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, after honing his food and beverage skills in various properties in the Northern Territory, including Holiday Inn Darwin. Christopher who has joined the Resort from Pokolbin, a vineyard hamlet located in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, also has extensive IHG experience. His most recent role in the Hunter Valley however, was at the renowned Pop Up@Harkham restaurant at Harkham Wine Estate, Pokolbin.
